This is how much Snoop Dogg gets per day for the Games

The Olympic Games are unfortunately almost over again. Quite a shame, because as far as I'm concerned, there's nothing cozier than a nearly constant stream of live TV. It's wonderful to turn on your TV in the morning with sports and be able to keep watching until you fall asleep. But at these Games, there was another special element that made me quite happy every day. I'm of course talking about Snoop Dogg.
Every day is a surprise where we will find him again. Is he in a dressage outfit at the equestrian events, or is he running a 400-meter practice race on the track against a few of the fastest people in the world? With his long, thin body, it quickly looks hilarious, but the panting and puffing after running was extra amusing to me after it was revealed that he opened a coffee shop in Amsterdam. This man smoked joints almost 24 hours a day, no way he ever tried to run 400 meters before.
It all started a few years ago when he and Kevin Hart began commenting on clips from previous Olympic Games. Especially the segment about dressage horses attracted so much attention that it still regularly goes viral years later. The American network NBC saw potential in that. So they decided to take Snoop on as a sort of unofficial mascot for the American Olympic team. And if you thought: ‘how nice that Snoop does all that so happily’, when you know what he gets paid for it, you understand that he smiles from ear to ear. He gets a nice sum of about 460,000 euros per day for those few weeks in Paris. I would also be fine being tossed back and forth in a judo suit by an Olympic judoka if I knew that almost half a million would be credited to my account in the meantime.
