This is how your husband suddenly does housework
Well, he is going to vacuum

I have nothing to complain about. My lover makes the bed with the precision of a chambermaid from the Four Seasons Hotel. Okay, the laundry does often lie somewhere in a corner of the bedroom, but that's also because I find a laundry basket too big (and ugly) again and he also, eventually, takes it downstairs. Putting the dishwasher in or out remains a little thing, but hey, I have my imperfections too. Since the Dyson Submarine is in my life, my lover is a vacuum cleaner.
This is mainly to do with the attachment with which you go over the ground with a green light and see every hair and breadcrumb. It gives an intensely tidy feeling when you have first seen all those dirt on the ground and then see them sitting in the ‘collection bin’. This is because Dyson has no hoover bags (also ideal, because I always find it an expedition to find the right bin bag and besides, it's also quite bad for the environment in the end, all those hoover bags you collect in the course of your life) but a reservoir that, thank God, you can actually empty in one smooth motion. So smooth that, when I had just had the Dyson for a day and had yet to figure everything out, I ‘received’ the entire contents on my lap because I pulled up the little lever and didn't expect to empty the entire contents immediately with it.
I had heard a lot about the Dyson, my colleague Danielle seriously thinks it changed her life, so the bar is high. That it changed my life is going a bit far; to earn that predicate it would also have to be able to fold my laundry and serve me a caffè latte in the morning, but I find it lovely and easy to use. Also ideal is that it is so slender which means I also take it into the car and vacuum it out. Or I take it to Flo's and then go through her bedroom for a bit. With the green light, of course. The Dyson Submarine has more brushes that you can set up according to your ’suction needs‘. It mainly differs from the other Dysons in that it has an accessory that you can fill with water and then mop with your Dyson. It has many advantages because you don't have to carry one of those bulky, full, sloshing buckets around your house and you don't have one of those ugly mops in your pantry either. It did take me a while to open the right valve for the water supply, but that's a matter of getting used to.
Now I ask Mr Dyson if he can develop a dishwasher cleanser and I will join Danielle's club.
