Nice, Ladurée or Pierre Hermé (that's where Parisians buy their macarons), but the latest hits from Paris are the Puffy Cookies. They have a slightly American vibe. Hard on the outside, soft and sometimes even gooey on the inside. Think hazelnut, chocolate, macadamia, that kind of thing. The best Puffy Cookies, and it's worth taking the metro for, can be found at Puffy Cookies in the 9th arrondissement, specifically at Rue Condorcet 65. They also have a mouthwatering Instagram account. And if you go there, could you bring one back for me?
