B&B Full of Emotions: it was an eventful week

From the couch, it's of course easy to judge. But try it once; open your B&B and your heart to total strangers, with cameras involved. You can never fully prepare for what that will do to you. That became clear again in this seventh week. In many B&Bs, emotions reached a peak and tissues were not unnecessary. We can say: it was the most eventful week so far.

The moment is there in Petra's B&B

It had been bubbling for a while in Petra's B&B. The ladies are more than happy to grab a one-on-one moment. A little time away from the rest, and especially time with their hostess. A group date? No thanks, Ingeborg blocks the way for her competitors. Now that the moment of choice is approaching, that might have been a smart move. No matter how much Petra enjoys the competition for her heart, she knows something has to happen. After much thought and a rocky start to the conversation, the high word comes out: guest Petra is not the ideal match. A big surprise for her, there were still so many plans. With big tears and a touch of frustration, she leaves Lesbos. Now let's see if the atmosphere really improves.

Has Rob already forgiven his heart?

It's not Rob's effort that's lacking. Every lady is welcomed with a freshly baked pastry. Yet, he just can't seem to feel that romantic click. Even with Michaela, they are busy and it's cozy. But where are those sparks? Secretly, Rob knows what the ‘problem’ is: Margot. He just can't let her go; it felt so familiar. Something is holding him back from asking her to come back. New ladies are coming, and they also deserve a fair chance. Although we can wonder if they will really get one. Hasn't Rob already forgiven his heart long ago?

The bomb explodes with Daniel

Despite Renske's enormous dread of the arrival of her next competitor, it seems to click just fine with Danique. So well that Daniel feels comfortable enough to take a few hours off for himself. Not very nice for his ladies, but with a gift everything is fine again. For a while at least. When the host gets a little too cozy with Danique that evening, the bomb bursts for Renske. How dare he keep her hanging for two weeks and then suddenly move so quickly with another? She didn't sign up for this soap, it's over. Daniel doesn't see it as such a big deal. He is mainly impressed by Danique. Is he falling in love? At least there is now all the time and space to figure that out together.

An emotional week for Eveline

Although the bond with Bart started to show some cracks, the warm feelings still prevail. He has to return to the Netherlands for work now, but as far as Eveline is concerned, that departure is only temporary. That she feels safe with him becomes clear when suddenly bad news arrives. Eveline's father is not doing well. She can still talk to him briefly on the phone. Not much later, her sister calls to say he is no longer there. Exactly at the moment his name is immortalized in Eveline's tattoo. With Bart by her side, she returns to the Netherlands to be with her family. Although this was recorded months ago, we wish Eveline much strength with this loss.

Chaos in Dick's B&B

After Manon's departure, it seemed that a bit more peace was returning to the B&B of Dick. As far as that can be, in his head it is still chaos. With a group outing and one-on-one moments, he tries to get a step closer to clarity. But instead, he has to start over again. There is yet another new single at the door: Celine. Again a beautiful lady, but this time there are immediate doubts. The friend zone is showing itself very quickly. Finally knowing what he wants seems to do Dick good. He also makes grateful use of it. Not only Celine, but also Chayenne is sent home. In one day from three ladies to only Moniek. That can of course happen too. Maybe now there is the peace to let love grow?

This party crasher was not entirely welcome at Ingrid's

Ingrid is so pleased with Eric that she organizes a party for his birthday. A great opportunity to introduce him to her close circles. Although one person was not on the guest list. Fifth single Rob arrives on his motorcycle, with a clear list of demands. Although Eric tries to stay cool, he has a hard time with this party crasher. He can no longer really enjoy his party; Ingrid notices that too, and she has her doubts as well. To give Rob a chance, she takes him for a walk. That confirms again that this is definitely not going to be a match; although Rob was not so sure about that himself. At least Eric can laugh again. His chances of a good outcome have grown a little bit again.

Spoiling the fun for Jean-Paul

Very cautiously, it seems a spark is starting to ignite with Jean-Paul. And that's all thanks to Leonora. But instead of taking her on a nice date, he brings her paracetamol and a glass of water. She is in bed with a stomach infection. Fortunately, JP doesn't have to be bored. Bianca also wants to get to know him, and wants to do that by making pie together. It's just that the aprons are nice, the baking is not really a success. This ‘forced’ one-on-one time makes it clear for the host: Bianca is not his ideal woman. Now let's hope Leonora gets better in time; a dinner at a star chef's is too good to cancel. Priorities Jean-Paul, priorities.

The peace is disturbed again at Magda's

Magda and Gène are now just like a married couple. At the market, they are completely in their element. Although Gène learns the hard way that this is not the time for stories. The incident is still bothering Magda; an apology is also quite in place. For Gène, that wasn't necessary. You should be able to say everything to each other, right? He couldn't have reacted better. Their well-oiled machine continues to run smoothly; until Rolf shows up at the door. His rather firm handshake is not the best introduction, and he will have to prove himself. Magda finds him a ‘real Amsterdammer’, in other words, someone with a lot of talk. Her words, not ours. It is now up to Rolf to shake off that image.

An old acquaintance knocks on Illya's door

For Illya, the finish line is now really in sight. It would have to be quite a twist for him not to reach that finish with Silwia. Yet, one lady still comes with the hope of finding love with him; and indeed, an old acquaintance. Monique lived next to the sister of Illya for years and therefore knows him a little bit. Silwia has some trouble with this new dynamic, but has a clear game plan. She throws everything into the fight; including a bright pink bathrobe, sleep mask, and heels. We have to give it to Illya: despite all the bubbling feelings, Monique really gets a fair chance. He chooses a date that fits her love for Harry Potter, even though he himself doesn't care for it much. Friend-wise, they click quite well, but can this become more? Or is the battle really already fought?
