This is the tip to sleep better tonight

How wonderful it is to be a good sleeper; May can take a little power nap anywhere while the other is looking for the golden tip to even fall asleep. I fall somewhere in between, especially since I became a mother and wake up like a watchdog at every sound. Falling asleep is not a problem, but when it comes to that deep sleep in which neighbors can throw a party without you noticing, I am a bit lost. I talked about this a few weeks ago with Hester, owner of the Dutch brand Philo. She recommended the supplements Sleep, the not-so-standard sleeping pill, because it does not contain melatonin, which often helps you sleep well but makes you wake up very tired. These pills are actually made from plants and vitamins like Gotu Kola, which has anti-inflammatory properties and reduces stress and anxiety, but also Reishi, which promotes relaxation, deeper sleep, and helps you wake up feeling fresher. I was a bit skeptical at first, but honestly: it works. Half an hour before I go to bed, I often take one (not every day) and it does what it promises: I sleep for hours on end, unless Wolf suddenly really wakes up, and I also feel more rested. Aside from the biological natural ingredients, the packaging is also made from plastic that comes from various oceans around the world – also not entirely unimportant. So for all watchdogs, restless sleepers, and anyone who occasionally or always needs it: Sleep is what you want.
