Is this the new Doutzen Kroes?
This Flemish top model is conquering Paris

When you get scouted as a model, you start to dream cautiously. A shoot, a show. Fashion Week, who knows someday. But thinking that your very first show will be Louis Vuitton during Paris Fashion Week, no one dares to think that. But Marylore Heck from MichaModels – remember that name very well – she just did it. And not only that: she was booked as a worldwide exclusive, which means that Louis Vuitton essentially ‘buys you out’ and books you exclusively for their brand, so you won't be seen anywhere else. And that wasn't all: Marylore opened the show, an honorary job. Can you imagine, your very first show and then on the highest stage in pole position?
Micha's baby
Micha, founder and owner of MichaModels, discovered Marylore – then just 17 years old – two years ago. In those years, they worked on preparing Marylore for the highest stage. The day before the show, the models receive a number in their hands so they know when to go on. Marylore got number 1...
“Then I realized that I also had to open the show!” Micha told her – experienced as she is – that this sometimes changes. Looks can be swapped, and she shouldn't be disappointed if she didn't go on the runway first. Anyway, walking in the Louis Vuitton show is every model's dream.
Micha knows the ropes. Her models dominate the Fashion Weeks, with Felice Nova and Annemary Aberibigbe, who also walked this show and will be seen again today at Chanel (Dana and Felice).
A golden evening
Proud agent Micha unfortunately couldn't be at the show itself: the show was at Gare du Nord, while her and makeup were at Place de la République, so the models were driven to the show location. Afterwards, Micha was waiting outside for her. Just look at this intimate moment in this video, where Marylore calls her mother and Micha tells her that she will now safely bring ‘her baby’ home.
The world may not be perfect, but the evening of Marylore and Micha had a golden edge.
