The Conditions of Promotion below apply to this competition. Please read these carefully.

1. General - The giveaway (“Action”) is offered and organized by Amayzine (“PilotStudio B.V.”) located in Amsterdam Pilotenstraat 23 (“Amayzine”). These Terms and Conditions apply to the Action. - By participating in the Action, the Participant agrees to the applicability of these Terms and Conditions.

2. Promotion period - The Action takes place to promote Amayzine.com (in the Netherlands) and runs from December 1 - December 31, 2025 (the "Action Period"). - Participation in the Action is only possible during the Action Period

3. Participation - To be eligible for the Prize, the Participant must fill in their details on www.amayzine.com after which the Participant will receive a confirmation of their participation. - If the details are not left or are incomplete, the Participant will not be eligible for the Prize. - Each Participant may participate a maximum of once per day, with one email address during the Action Period. - Each Participant must have participated before 23:59. - Participants must be at least 18 years old. - Participants must have a permanent residence in the Netherlands. - There are no costs associated with participation (except for internet usage costs). - Participation does not obligate the Participant to purchase goods and/or services. - Employees of Amayzine, its dealer network, as well as anyone who is directly or indirectly involved in an organizational capacity in this Action, are excluded from Participation. - Amayzine reserves the right to exclude a Participant from this Action if it appears that the Participant (i) has provided incorrect, incomplete or misleading information, (ii) commits or attempts to commit fraud in any way, (iii) unlawfully influences the Action, or (iv) otherwise displays unacceptable behavior.

4. The Price - The Prize associated with the Action consists of a different prize each day, according to the Amayzine advent calendar schedule. - The Prize is awarded once. - The Prize will be sent to the winner by Amayzine or the relevant brand. - The Prize is not exchangeable for cash, vouchers or another prize.

5. Announcement of winner - All Participants have a chance to win the Prize. - Each following day, the winner of the Prize will be announced. The Prize can only be awarded to a Participant who has left complete and correct personal and contact details. - The winner of the Prize will be personally informed via the email address linked to their participation form. - No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome and awarding of the prize. - After the Prize has been announced to the relevant winner, the winner has 3 days (72 hours) to confirm that they have acknowledged winning the Prize and to accept the Prize. - The winner is responsible for their timely acceptance of the Prize. - Confirmation or acceptance of the Prize can be done by sending the winner's address details to the email address: advents@amayzine.com. The confirmation of winning this Prize by Amayzine will also be sent from this email address. - If the winner does not send confirmation or acceptance within 3 days (72 hours) after the announcement of the Prize, the right to the Prize will expire. In that case, Amayzine will select a new winner. - The winner agrees that Amayzine reports on the Prize and the winner in its own media. - In case of cancellation of the Prize by the Participant, the right to the Prize will expire. - No correspondence will be entered into regarding the outcome of the Action.

6. Liability - Amayzine does not provide any guarantees regarding the Prize. - The use of the Prize is at the participant's own risk. - Amayzine is not liable for any damage of any kind arising from or related to (participation in) the Action, including (the consequences of) defects in the Prize provided by Amayzine. - Amayzine is not liable for any damage of any kind related to the use of its website(s) or links to third-party websites on its website or other technical facilities. - Amayzine takes the utmost care in organizing the Action and managing its website. Nevertheless, it may occur that the information displayed or provided is not complete or incorrect. Any inaccuracies, typographical errors or other similar mistakes on the website of Amayzine and/or other (promotional) materials made public by Amayzine of any kind cannot be attributed to Amayzine nor can any obligation arise for Amayzine or personnel engaged by Amayzine and third parties engaged by it. - Amayzine is not liable for damage related to (i) the Participant providing an incorrect phone number, email or home address, leading to a wrong or unknown address of the Participant, or (ii) a failure in the network, hardware or software resulting in limited or delayed provision of data by the Participant, or loss of such data.

7. Personal data - The personal data provided by the Participant in connection with the Action (name, date of birth, place of residence and email) will be included in a database in the Action database of Amayzine. - Amayzine will process and use this personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act in the context of organizing and executing the Action, for example to contact the winner, as well as to map the target group of Amayzine. - The Participant gives Amayzine, where necessary, permission to use their personal data for the organization and execution of the Action, as well as to map the target group of Amayzine. - The Participant gives Amayzine, where necessary, permission to send the Participant email messages related to the Action after participation. This includes an email after Participation to thank the Participant for their participation, and if applicable an email if the Participant is the winner of the Prize. - The Participant gives Amayzine, provided it has the necessary permission, permission to send the Participant email messages related to Amayzine.com after participation. - The Participant guarantees that all information provided by them is correct, up-to-date and complete. - If the Participant wishes to change their details, or otherwise wishes to contact Amayzine regarding the use of their personal data, the Participant can contact Amayzine.com, Pilotenstraat 23, 1059 CH Amsterdam.

8. Other provisions - Fiscal consequences, in any form, are always the responsibility of the winner, except for the gambling tax. - Amayzine is entitled to unilaterally change these Terms and Conditions (without prior notice or reason) unless these changes are to the detriment of the Participants. A unilateral change is not allowed in that case. Amayzine will publish a modified version of the regulations on the website www.amayzine.com/winactie.

9. Miscellaneous - The Action is in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance 2014. - Questions, comments or complaints regarding the Action should be communicated to Amayzine.com via info@amayzine.com. A written complaint can also be submitted to the Gaming Authority, P.O. Box 298, 2501 CG The Hague. The Gaming Authority will inform Amayzine upon receipt of a complaint.

10. Applicable law The Promotion, these Promotion Terms and Conditions and any disputes relating to the Promotion are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes in connection with the Promotion or the Promotion Terms and Conditions will be submitted exclusively to the competent court in Amsterdam.
