To be honest: red is always a good idea. In spring, we naturally choose bright red, but now that it’s getting colder outside, we crave deeper shades: burgundy, oxblood, cherry red, you know the drill. When I look at my colleagues Daan and May, who are sitting across from me as we speak, I see exactly that shade on their nails. Dark red combines perfectly with gray, cream, denim, and of course just with black, and it even gives the most minimalist outfit a significant upgrade.
