Hello swifties: there will be an Eras Tour documentary

An hour ago we were suddenly positively surprised. Taylor Swift came online again and dropped a bomb: she is coming out with a six-episode documentary series about the Eras Tour. The most successful tour of all time, yes, that one. And that wasn't all: the very last concert, featuring the Tortured Poets Department segment, is also coming online.

The end of an Era
The Eras Tour may be over, but that doesn't mean fans are no longer hungry for content. More photos, more backstage footage, more... Yes, just: more Taylor. How did the whole process around the tour go? What happened when this tour unexpectedly continued for two years? We are going to see all that.
Think of backstage footage of makeup sessions, wardrobe changes, tour outfits, interviews with guests like Sabrina Carpenter and Gracie Abrams, the cleaning cart, Travis – everything you want to know is in there. I could go on for hours, because this is what we've all been waiting for. We even see her life after the show: the life of a showgirl. Maybe we'll also see how she recorded this album during the European tour? I can't wait.

When can you see the Eras Tour documentary?
Unfortunately, it will be a while before we can watch this. Not on her birthday, December 13, as many would think, but one day earlier: on December 12. You can watch the documentary – just like the last show – on Disney+.
All of this comes after the media circus surrounding Taylor's new album: The Life of a Showgirl, which is already a grand success. Have you listened to it yet? Or seen it, even? No? Then check out this article about all the secret messages in the ‘Fate of Ophelia’ music video.
