Amsterdam is celebrating its 750th anniversary and it's going to be a grand celebration. So grand, in fact, that the ring – yes, the A10! – will be closed on June 21st for one time only for a mega party. And of course, you want to be there. But… how do you get around that enormous ring where only pedestrians are allowed on this day? The ring is forbidden for everything with wheels, except for your friends from Uber. Now you might think; taxis aren’t allowed on the ring during this party, right? That's correct. But Uber has come up with something fun.
Enter: the Uber Arrow.

You know it’s going to be busy on the ring on June 21st. Because then a part of the A10 will be completely car-free and filled with parties and events. The ring will transform into a catwalk, wedding hall, and concert stage all in one, and of course, you want to catch as much as possible. Moving quickly around the ring will be tricky since everything on wheels is prohibited. But luckily, Uber has a brilliant solution: on June 21st, you can use a free Urban Arrow cargo bike service. Yep, with Uber. Yep, in a cargo bike. And yes, it’s just as fun as it sounds.
Where do you get on?
The boarding point is at exit Bos en Lommer S104. There you can hop on an electrically powered Uber Arrow cargo bike that will smoothly and silently take you back and forth over the festive location on the ring. So from KrisKross to Heineken Square and fashion show, you can reach it all with the Uber Arrow, which is available all day (from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM) to take you from A to B at that huge ring party.
Waiting? That’s anything but boring, because at the boarding point there’s already music, a DJ, and drinks. So your party starts even before you arrive.
