This is how you completely get rid of your social media addiction

Recognizable for anyone who keeps choosing the ‘pro max’ version of the iPhone: the cute little bags you take to a restaurant or café are usually too small for that big model. Silly, because why do you actually take your phone with you when you go out for the evening? Of course, you want to stay reachable, or take photos of the food or your fantastic company. But you really don't need a big screen for that. I have the ultimate tip for anyone who is hesitant about switching to a smaller model: the iPhone 16E.
Why this thing is really perfect for a wild night out
I'm really not great at taking selfies, but somehow this thing has a magical function (autofocus to be precise) that makes everything and everyone look fantastic automatically. What also doesn't hurt is that this model doesn't have a glass back, but a so-called ‘ceramic shield’, which means it's resistant to any beer that gets knocked over and drips over the table, and slipping out of your hands isn't immediately a bizarre drama. By the way, if you need a girly Barbie phone, you really should get the pink silicone case with it (then the chance of dropping your iPhone also drops to zero percent).
But how does a new phone actually help you get rid of your phone addiction?
If you're smart, you'll take this phone when renewing your subscription. Usually, your ‘old’ phone isn't that bad at all and is still perfectly usable. Of course, you can choose a sim-only subscription, but if you really want to get rid of your social media addiction, you choose this sweet little iPhone as your partner in crime. How did I do that? Very simple: my old phone could keep all the social media apps, and I saw the new model as a fresh start. When I take photos that I want to share, I specifically grab that device. Just airdrop from one phone to the other and you can post it on Insta. But all that endless scrolling through feeds and stories; you're officially done with that now! You can tell that I'm really very happy with my new pink friend. It's just a bit smaller, but you don't notice that at all. Except that it fits nicely in your jacket pocket and bag.
