A wireless curling iron? Here you can get one for a bargain

I don't know about you, but my hair and I have a love-hate relationship. I have curls naturally –this is how you take care of them with a homemade mask- but I actually style them almost every day only to curl them again afterwards. Well, those curls from the curling iron are always the prettiest. But how annoying it is when your curls fall flat every 2 hours and you can't give yourself a touch-up without being near a power outlet. Enter: the BaByliss 9000 cordless curling iron from – yes – Action. For just €39.95. How convenient is it to have such a cordless thing with you at any moment.

Does this curling iron really fit in my bag?
First plus point: it's lightweight and doesn't even look like you bought it at Action. No fighting with outlets in impossible places (hello, hotel rooms without outlets by the mirror – who thought of that?). Minor downside? It's 25 cm, so it doesn't exactly fit easily in your night out bag, but it does fit in a tote bag.
Heating up? Super fast.
I turn it on. In 15 seconds it's almost warm –say what?. There are relationships that take longer to warm up, so that's a big plus. You can choose from three temperature settings: 160, 170, and 180 degrees. I'm going for 170. What's good about this curling iron is that it doesn't go hotter than 180 degrees. By the way, here you can read about how to best treat your colored hair and at what temperature you should style your hair.
A glove?
You also get a heat-resistant glove with it. Really something for me. I've had a blister or five from a curling iron before. So this little glove is not a luxury. It might look a bit silly, but those blisters on your fingers do too.

Hair products included? Also from Action
What you should spray in before curling (and really, don't skip this): the The Beauty Dept heat protection spray, also just from Action –here are the 10 best heat protectors. I believe it costs around €2, and smells like freshly washed hair. Not only does it make your hair soft, it also protects your hair. By the way, here you can find other hair products from Action.
Where you take it with you
You're at the Paaspop campsite. Day 3. Your hair is now more dry straw than beachy waves. The line for the toilet building = drama. And you? You pull out your BaByliss 9000 from your bag, dive into your tent, curl your hair without power, and come out looking like you've just had a blow-dry. Believe me, you'll make the whole campsite jealous. By the way, you can style with it for (only) 40 minutes on a full battery. It fully charges in three hours. If you have a lot of hair and want to lend it to friends, it just doesn't last long enough.
