Bambi nails: the latest nail trend of autumn 2026

I already saw the print on jackets, sweaters, bags, and basically everything you can get this print on, but now the trend is also moving to your nails: Bambi is hot. And after the huge run on clothing with this print, it was of course only a matter of time before our manicures had to follow suit.

Leopard had its moment, but this autumn it makes way for a slightly sweeter variant. Meet Bambi nagels: the nail trend that we are going to see everywhere in the coming months. And honestly: I totally get it.

From your wardrobe to your nails

You could hardly escape the Bambi print lately. The soft, brown-beige print with deer spots appeared massively on clothing and accessories, becoming the new way to wear a bit of animal print without immediately going for classic leopard.

And now it's your nails' turn. Because if we're already walking around in a Bambi top, skirt, or jacket, those nails can definitely join in. In fact: maybe this is the easiest way to participate in the trend if you're not quite ready for a complete Bambi look.

Bambi nails, what are they exactly?

The name actually says it all. Bambi nails are all about the fur of a fawn. So you get small, irregular brown dots and spots on a warm, neutral base.

But the fun part is that you don't necessarily have to paint all your nails completely in that print. It's the combination of different designs that makes this trend so fun. A few nails with the Bambi print, a few in a milky nude, and possibly a colored French tip: adorable.

Leopard: make way

We are clearly not done with animal prints yet, but the taste is changing a bit. Where we previously went massively for leopard, we are now opting for a softer and somewhat playful variant. And you can see that not only in clothing stores but also on Instagram and Pinterest. The Bambi print is making the transition from your wardrobe to your beauty look.

Actually quite logical. Because the print is striking enough to add something to your look, but due to the brown and beige tones, it remains easy to combine. Perfect for autumn, then.

Here's how to wear them

The nice thing about Bambi nails is that you can go in all directions with them. Are you going for full Bambi? Fun. Do you want to keep it a bit calmer? Then just let two or three nails have the print and keep the rest nude. Also nice: combine the brown spots with a dark red French tip. Red and brown actually look great together this autumn.

And if you've already embraced the Bambi trend in your wardrobe, this is of course a fun combination. Bambi jacket on, Bambi nails done, and you're ready. You just have to be careful that your complete look doesn't look like you're on your way for a walk in the woods. But with these combination tips, it should work out just fine.
