Suffering from hay fever?

As I said, I go through life embarrassingly snorting. The sneeze comes on, takes possession of me, just gives me enough time to swing my right arm forward and then almost makes me pull a muscle, so intense is the sneeze that follows.
Because I'm not really a proponent of medication, I have looked into alternative ways to combat hay fever. Let's start with the most fun one.
1. Kissing
Research has been conducted on hay fever patients who cuddled for half an hour and those who kissed for half an hour. Among those who kissed for at least half an hour, the production of histamine decreased. And histamine is the substance that causes hay fever symptoms. During the kissing sessions, blood was drawn (seems very uncomfortable to me, but all for science) and it turned out that the number of antibodies that moistened the allergens decreased significantly. So you know what you have to do today: at least half an hour.
2. Showering
After being outside, take a shower and change your clothes. Pollen can settle in your hair and in the fabric of your clothing, causing ongoing misery.
3. Local honey
Honey contains a small concentration of the pollen that makes your life miserable. This way, you arm yourself against the pollen. A hair of the dog that bit you, I would say. A tablespoon a day should be sufficient.
4. Vitamin C
It should really help (in substantial doses of four times a day 1000 mg, but check it as it depends on symptoms, height, and weight) with the side effect of overall more energy and improved resistance.
