The sun is shining again, the terraces are full and as soon as the temperature rises above twenty degrees, we all actually want just one thing: towards the water. And if you have the luxury of a swimming pool in the garden this summer, have a vacation planned at an all-inclusive resort, or have scored a cottage by the coast with a pool, then floaties should not be missing.
Almost everything looks more fun with an inflatable float in the water. Whether you’re lounging all day on a giant shell, prefer to just hang your feet in the pool, or are mainly looking for something that looks cozy in photos, floaties have almost become a kind of pool decoration.
And the best part? They no longer only come in bright pink flamingo shapes. Think of striped loungers, bands in retro colors, and even complete floating islands where you can lie with your friends. By the way, don’t forget to apply sunscreen while you’re floating, because spending hours on an air mattress in the sun sounds lovely, until you look like a lobster in the evening.
