The popular Magic Cream from Charlotte Tilbury has been renewed

By

It seems as if beauty brands have made an agreement, as various products that have been mega popular for years suddenly receive a 2026 update. First the Giorgio Armani Luminous Silk Foundation, then the beautiful Estée Lauder Double Wear Foundation, and now it's Charlotte Tilbury's turn. And not just any product: her legendary Magic Cream.

That cream, which is standard on the table backstage at fashion shows or red carpet moments. A jar that many makeup artists, and of course Charlotte Tilbury herself or her team, reach for first before they start with makeup. Magic Cream is often used as a base for that most beautiful glowy skin. A true classic, and that for quite a few years.

Magic Cream was once created backstage. Charlotte Tilbury She developed the cream because models often ended up in her chair with a tired, dry complexion after long flights and little sleep. She mixed various hydrating ingredients into a rich cream that made the skin instantly fuller, smoother, and glowier. That backstage mix turned out to work so well that models, celebrities, and other makeup artists started asking for it. Eventually, the product was officially launched in 2013 and since then it has become one of the most well-known skincare products in the beauty world.

For 2026, Charlotte has reviewed the formula and added a new ingredient: Recoverstem™ Peptide. A complex of more than a hundred peptides that was specially developed for Charlotte Tilbury and comes from the stem cells of the so-called Eternal Jasmine Youth Plant™. Because our skin has to endure quite a lot these days: from stress to pollution and blue light from all that screen time. Therefore, it needs a bit more support than in 2013, when Magic Cream was first really available for purchase.

The renewed Magic Cream promises to give the skin a fresher appearance within 28 seconds (even more than it already did) while simultaneously strengthening the skin barrier. You can perfectly use it as a day cream, but also as a primer under your makeup. Win-win. We were already big fans of Magic Cream; I even apply it a bit on my legs in the summer for that extra shine. So this relaunch was of course immediately shopped. I can't wait to try it.
