This morning I was just before my ‘vampire treatment’ with Professor Pirayesh, and since Ali is the professor in the field of plastic surgery (and other matters), he naturally knows the latest trends in this area. The newest thing that people are begging for (by the way, Ali doesn't do this) is scrotox, a contraction of scrotum and botox.

What does it entail? A drop of botox (or maybe a bit more) in the scrotum of men so that the wrinkled pouch turns into the firm ball of yore. After bleaching the butt hole (I have a gay colleague who always goes wild on his ‘pink shrimp’ and that is his bleached version of his butt hole), this is the next cosmetic trend that men are going to brag about.

I would say: let it wrinkle down there, the one who sees it probably loves you anyway. But since I am such a weirdo that injects her own blood plasma into her skin, I think I will just keep my comments to myself. To each their own.
