At these stores in Eindhoven, you are guaranteed shopping success

When you think of Eindhoven, your thoughts probably don't immediately go to a day of serious shopping. More likely to PSV ultras or the fact that the city is not likely to take home the title of the most beautiful city in the Netherlands. But what many people don't know: Eindhoven is a great shopping city.

Of course, you'll find the revamped Zara, with Mango right across the street and all the other multinationals still on the same street. Yet, it's the boutiques where the real gems can be found. The shops where you still fish something off the rack that half of the Netherlands doesn't already have hanging in their closet. I'll take you along my favorite addresses in the Brabant city where I've been separating the wheat from the chaff for a lifetime. And there are certainly a few places where you can take your guy without too much fuss.

BYLOTTE

Willemstraat 28, 5611 HD Eindhoven

When I get stressed about outfits, which I do quite regularly, I head to BYLOTTE at a brisk pace. They have everything: from edgy to frilly, and the perfect basics to go with it. Also for shoes and accessories, you are in the right place here. They sell brands that might not ring a bell immediately, but the quality and appearance are stunning. The price tag is on the higher side, but I usually walk out with a BYLOTTE bag.

IQ Studio

Kleine Berg 55, 5611 JS Eindhoven

Finding nice summer shoes is always a challenge for me. They have to be comfortable, look good, and not require me to dig up a pot of gold somewhere. That's exactly why I keep coming back to IQ Studio. Trainers, heels, ankle boots: they have it all. You can also find a good bag here.

ALIX The Label

Victoriapark 20, 5611 BM Eindhoven

ALIX The Label is now hard to call a hidden gem, but the brand is definitely still fun. They know how to combine edgy, western, and wearable like no other. Especially the sweaters, blazers, and jackets always manage to entice me. Expect many statement pieces that are still easy to style.

Guapa Concept Store

Kleine Berg 61, 5611 JS Eindhoven

For something more colorful and feminine, I quickly pop into Guapa Concept Store in Eindhoven. Here too, you'll find those characteristic items that will make your colleagues ask where you got them. Moreover, the store (just like IQ Studio) is located on the Kleine Berg, which is definitely one of the nicest streets in Eindhoven. Here you will find plenty of good lunch spots for a well-deserved pit stop.

Coef Men

At Coef Men, the latest (and often the coolest) brands are already hanging in the store before the Bijenkorf has discovered them. You can find everything, as long as it falls within the edgier segment: from caps to sneakers. A huge plus is the staff. Everyone here really does their best to make your (somewhat lost) friend feel completely at ease. And we haven't even talked about the interior yet. In the middle of the store stands a tree, and the combination of steel and beige finishing makes you already impressed before you've tried anything on.

Mensroom

Nieuwe Emmasingel 28, 5611 AM Eindhoven

Mensroom also has a talent for spotting brands that you don't come across everywhere yet. Those names where you first let the seller demonstrate how to pronounce them exactly, but also for favorites like Golden Goose and Arte, you are in the right place here. Mensroom knows how to choose those designs that make you not look like everyone else on the street.

So it's shopping time. Not succeeding with bags full in shopping city Eindhoven is no longer an option. See you!
