This new Zara Home dinnerware looks like it was plucked straight from a French kitchen

Last week I wrote about tableware that suspiciously resembled classic European ceramics, this time I came across a collection at Zara Home that immediately reminded me of authentic French pottery from a charming boutique somewhere in Provence. You know: classic floral decor, refined painted details, and plates that look more like small works of art than tableware, which you normally only find at flea markets or in extremely stylish interior shops.
The collection feels chic, stylish, and a bit designer-like. They sell it in three colors: a warm brown shade, olive green, and classic blue (Delft blue). It looks as if it has been passed down through generations by a French family And the dangerous part? They have everything. Dessert plates, a milk jug (with such a cute spout), tea cups, fruit bowls, an old-fashioned sugar bowl or soup terrine, and twenty more things that I am convinced I need for a “summer-set table”.
The entire tableware begs for long lunches with orange juice, baguettes, niçoise salad, and boeuf bourguignon on the table. And as a sweet tooth, my eye first fell on the fluffy dessert plates. Give me tarte tatin, raspberry macarons, a (just slightly overcooked) crème brûlée, or moelleux au chocolat with extra sea salt, and I belong to the tableware too.
