In this cute farmhouse hotel, Zendaya and Tom Holland got married

The best-kept secret of Hollywood is no longer a secret: Zendaya and Tom Holland are married. Or rather, they were already married under the law, of course, but last week they finally had their big celebration. On August 4, they got married, surrounded by their family and friends, at a location as romantic as their love story. For the wedding, they rented the entire Beaverbrook Estate in Surrey, England. The estate, filled with wildflowers and green hills, was the backdrop for this fairytale wedding that you want to know everything about.
A love story by Spiderman
A bit of background information. If there is a Hollywood couple that makes us believe even more in soulmates, it is Zendaya and Tom Holland. They met over ten years ago during auditions for Spider-Man: Homecoming. They became best friends who eventually, just like their characters, fell hopelessly in love with each other. We didn't know this from exaggerated love declarations on Instagram, but through an occasional message or photo over the years. These are two people who support each other and keep the rest to themselves. In this Hollywood era, this is unprecedented, but we are fans. They are each other's best friends who get to work together and at the end of the day, collapse into bed together. If that isn't soulmate behavior, then we don't know what is.
Exactly for that reason, this wedding venue suits the couple so well. They just want to celebrate love with their family and friends. No wedding where fans get an exclusive photo series with a Vogue subscription or can peek through a livestream.
Getting married in the English hills
Besides the amazing flowers, Beaverbrook was chosen for its fantastic location. It is nestled among the hills of Surrey. On all those 190 acres, you can hide among the meadows, forests, and a romantic Italian garden. If that doesn't provide enough privacy, then we don't know what will. The Victorian mansion, where the hotel is located, overlooks the hills. Now that's a nice way to wake up after your wedding.

Although the estate is just over an hour by train from central London, it feels like you have entered a completely different world. There are no shouting photographers or tourists wandering in because they thought they were strolling in Hyde Park. But yes. If you want privacy, you could also get married on a tropical island, right? That's true, but this estate has something that a chic Italian castle doesn't have: it's close to Kingston upon Thames, where Tom grew up. So it's practically in his backyard. That makes this choice very cute.
We don't know exactly what was on the menu, but we can guess. Normally, they serve scallops, wagyu beef, tuna tartare with caviar, and lobster tacos. Who knows, maybe Zendaya enjoyed one of those tacos? At the end of the evening, they could still drink cocktails at Sir Frank's Bar and sleep off their hangover in the luxury spa the next morning. The stables have been converted into an immense spa with stained glass windows, an outdoor pool, and a hidden treatment room located in the garden.
Wildflowers in abundance and sleeping in English cottages
Not many details about the party have been released. The Spider-Man stars know better how to keep a secret than the average James Bond wannabe. However, a source told People that the wedding had a ‘natural theme.’ Tom's brothers Sam, Harry, and Paddy wore black tuxedos with wildflowers in their buttonholes, for example. And yes, this scenery fits perfectly into that theme. Whether you're lying by the pool, walking past the hotel, or sleeping in the Garden House: everywhere you look, there are green trees and colorful flowers. I can totally picture it: Zendaya walking through the gardens during golden hour. Tom looking at her as if they are still together on the set of their first film. If there were photos, they would take over Pinterest for at least five years. But the chance of us seeing those seems small.
And yes. If you sleep in the English countryside, you want to do it right. By renting out the entire resort, everyone in the family could stay in the main house, the cottages, and the accompanying village (because yes, there is a whole village included). The rooms in the mansion are typically English, decorated with four-poster beds and tall windows that allow you to gaze at the hills for hours. Other rooms are named after famous British writers. Oh, and there is even a private house with five bedrooms and a private pool, in case you want to keep the world's most famous bride out of sight for a while.

Beaverbrook looks just like a Hollywood movie
This location is not only beautiful but also has a history that could be straight out of a Hollywood film. The estate was once the home of newspaper magnate and politician Lord Beaverbrook. He hosted various famous people, such as Winston Churchill and Elizabeth Taylor. A suite was even named after her. This suite is complete with a soft pink four-poster bed and a freestanding bath that once belonged to ballet dancer Rudolf Nureyev.
This location was therefore the most intimate and romantic place they could have chosen. Beaverbrook fits perfectly with who they are. And now there is only one thing we want to know: will we ever get to see that wedding dress?
