This is the new boyfriend of Monica Geuze
At least. That's what we think, at least. After footballer James Lawrence and entrepreneur Robbert Kroese, it seems Monica Geuze to have gotten cozy with someone else. Between encouraging people to try the craziest food hacks and flaunting her bag addiction, our favorite vlogger has also found time for love. This time not with a man who kicks a ball, like two of her exes, but with a rapper. She was spotted in the arms of Kevin de Gier.
Where there's smoke, there's fire
There were already rumors circulating that Kevin and Monica were more than friends. Recently, various gossip channels claimed that there was more going on. But real confirmation? We didn't have that. Until now. During Kevin's performance at Solar Weekend Festival, it was clear: both during the show (where Monica was actually behind the turntables!) and afterwards, they couldn't keep their hands off each other. Even in front of all those thousands of people, they were just cuddling. Hard launch much?
That the two already knew each other and were perhaps more than friends, we actually already knew. In October 2025, they were already spotted together more often, for example at a festival, in the SOPHIA MAE store, in Ibiza and even at Monica's house with a cup of coffee in his hand. Now the whole world can finally know that they are together. Sort of, then. Because this is of course not a real confirmation.

Who is Kevin?
But anyway. So they are probably together, but who is this Kevin actually? I must confess that I had never heard of him before. Kevin de Gier, who goes through life as an artist simply as ‘Kevin’, is a rapper. The 32-year-old has been making music since 2011 and has worked with stars like You Have Me with Roxy Dekker, A Bit Tired with Lil Kleine, The Life with S10, Trust with Yade Lauren and Alienated with Bente.
But becoming a rapper? That wasn't actually his dream. Kevin wanted to become a professional footballer. At a young age, he played for Excelsior Rotterdam. Still, he chose to take a different path and make music.

We don't know much about him, but we do know that he is in love. When his single with Roxy Dekker was released, he already mentioned that he was in his ‘in love mode’. Who could that be... Exactly. Monica Geuze.
A little more about Monica's exes
We've briefly discussed it, but Monica's exes are certainly not the least. She had a relationship with rapper Lil Kleine for four years. Our Jorik was a red flag for her, so she was gone quickly. After that, she met a footballer: Lars Veldwijk. They formed a happy family together and welcomed their daughter Zara-Lizzy in 2018. Their happiness didn't last long: a year later, they also broke up. She didn't stay single for long, as she soon found love with real estate entrepreneur Robbert Kroese.
It seemed as if she had finally found peace. Finally a man who wasn't a celebrity. He was her happy place, but it didn't last. The Robbert era also came to an end. In 2024, she met another footballer: James Lawrence. Again, we thought that Monica might have found the one, but yeah. You already know that this is not the case. Because Lawrence? That's in the past. Kevin seems to have been the new man in her life for almost a year now. Hopefully, it works out for her this time.
