You were able to read about it yesterday in Jet’s shake, or Amayzine’s Instagram account, but we’ve started a new project: Destination Killerbody. We had quite the fright when we saw the first images of Amayzine TV, the camera truly adds 5 kg. What’s more is that I’ve always had an intense disliking of doing any form of sports, which I went to great lengths to avoid. And look, I know I’m not huge and suffering from heavy obesity, but becoming a bit tighter and fitter can’t hurt. Time for some action. Together with Jet I’m going to try to become top fit in three months. I want to stroll on the beach carelessly this summer. Every Tuesday, Wednesday, and Friday we’ve got a personal trainer for an hour at 07:30, who alternates between crossfit and boxing. We’re absolutely knackered after an hour and the sweat sprays from our foreheads, and our hands are still shaking for about an hour or two. Nothing charming about it. I’m also leaving the white buns untouched at lunch, and try to trade it in for wholegrain crackers and other healthy stuff.

People who know me know that this is kind of a big thing because I’m really anti healthy everything. But summer’s around the corner and I can’t wait to dart over the beach carefree and to beach ball in my bikini (I hate beach ball but you catch my drift). Though please note, it should still be fun. Don’t think I’m passing up on a glass of wine, and as soon as I sit at some great terrace, I’m still ordering croquettes. We’re mostly going to work out really hard, or, like sport guru Esmée once told me, if you’re working out you’re allowed to eat. I’d say, join us! It’s always easier doing it together than by yourself, and we could all use some motivation.
