Just because we are well into summer does not mean that we are going to slack off. Most of us still have to go on vacation. If you want to slip into one of your super sexy tight dresses or parade around in that bikini, you better listen up. If you want to know about all those delicious things that you are allowed to indulge on this summer you’ve come to the right place. I’ll teach you a few things about how to get that tummy tight and how to keep it that way.

I’ll give you eight tasty things that you can safely eat as much as you like. All in conjunction with exercise, but that you already know right.

The best thing about Salmon is that you can never eat too much of it. Honestly, I can sometimes completely over do it on nuts or make myself nauseous from too many grapes. But with salmon, I never have that. It simply reaches a point where you just know that you have had enough. Buy yourself a fresh piece at the fish market, pop it on the grill with a little olive oil and salt and pepper. Serve a big salad with avocado and tomato next to it. Maybe a scoop quinoa if you feel like it and there you have it. A super healthy and filling meal. Hello flat stomach.
