Als waardig Instagram-junkie kan ik non-stop door accounts scrollen. Scroll, klik, kijk, like en follow. En dat – tot grote frustratie van mijn BF – uren achter elkaar. Tijdens een van dit soort sessies kwam ik op Lisa. Een NYC-babe met een garderobe die helemaal sick is. Hallo, dit is niet normaal, al die tassen en spullen.

Je begrijpt, ik was meteen geïntrigeerd door deze mooie dame die het lifestyleblog Mind, body, swag runt. Na wat likes heen en weer werden we Insta-vriendinnen en heb ik haar wat prangende vragen over deze gorgeous Céline bag gesteld.

Vertel. Wat is het verhaal achter deze tas? Waar, wanneer en hoe?

Ik houd gewoon van Céline en had al een tijdje naar deze tas zitten lonken. Gelukkig knipoogde hij ook terug en uiteindelijk kreeg ik hem van mijn hubby toen we samen in Parijs waren. Je snapt, het was echt a dream come true. Het kan namelijk niet heel veel beter worden dan een rode Céline tas kopen in Parijs. De kleur vind ik ook écht geweldig. Het is mijn eerste én enige rode tas.

Ik zie veel prachtige tassen op je Instagram. Mogen we zeggen dat je een tassenverslaving hebt?

Ik heb zeker een zwak voor tassen en schoenen. Ik houd van een échte klassieke tas. Ik heb door de jaren heen altijd de mooiste tassen verzameld. Maar ze zijn het geld zeker waard als je bedenkt hoe lang ze meegaan.

Wat vind jij? Moet een tas eerst praktisch zijn en daarna pas mooi? Of juist andersom?

In de eerste plaats moet ik tótaal verliefd zijn op een tas, daarna kijk ik pas verder. Maar ik vind het verder ook heel belangrijk dat ik de tas meer dan een keer kan dragen. Oh, en hij moet ook functioneel zijn, dus gebruiksvriendelijkheid is ook zeker een must.

Genoeg over de buitenkant. Hoe ziet de binnenkant van jouw tas eruit? Rommelig of juist super georganiseerd?

Altijd georganiseerd. Ik zorg heel goed voor mijn tassen en daar hoort de binnenkant ook bij.

As a full-on Instagram junkie I’m scrolling through accounts non-stop. Scroll, click, look, like and follow. This goes on for hours – driving my bf nuts. During one of these Insta sessions I came across Lisa. A New York City girl with a wardrobe to die for. It’s amazing to see all the nice stuff she has. So you can understand I was totally intrigued by this pretty lady running her own lifestyle blog Mind, Body, Swag.

After a few likes going back and forth we became Insta-friends and I got to ask her a few pressing questions about her lovely Céline bag.

what’s the story behind this bag. Where, when and how did you get it?

I love Céline and was lusting after this bag for a while before I had it.  My hubby bought it for me in Paris while we were visiting and it was like a dream come true. Can’t get much better than buying Céline in Paris in rouge. I just love the color. It’s my first and only red bag.

I see lots of gorgeous bags on your Instagram. Is it safe to say you’re a bag addict?

I certainly have a soft spot for bags and shoes. I love a great classic bag. I have always collected amazing bags over the years. They are worth the splurge when you think about the longevity factor.

Should a bag be practical first and pretty second? Or the other way around?

I have to absolutely love a bag before anything else, but I would say I also need to be able to wear it more than once and it has to be functional, so practicality is a must.

how’s the inside of your bags? Messy or super organized?

Always organized. I take really good care of my bags and that includes the inside as well.
