Nothing Bittersweets about my day yesterday. Because of that amazing final look by Ilse Delange I rushed to Shoebaloo as written (through the rain…) and yes, there they were. These Alexander McQueen booties. In my size. On sale. You understand that the shoes were the starting point of my look today. On top, I’m wearing a skinny with the promising name Black Jewel Skinny Leg from Black Orchid and the pants live up to the name. They fit like a -thick- tight and how you think they look is up to you. The sweater, oh the sweater, I’ve been swooning over it for a week. It’s a limited edition Christmas sweater from Chanel (you might have had a vague suspicion) and I imagine that Karl himself waved the brush generously. Especially the hand-painted logo on the sleeve is a treat. The bracelets I got from Danie and Maria Kooistra (www.mariakooistra.com) and the clutch is from Etro. The fun fur stole from Paul&Joe can come along into the city later.
