Have you done my other exercises at home yet? This and this? It's a good motivation for me to share this, because I have to set a good example, of course. Usually, I grab my mat just before I go under the shower. By then, I've already had my lemon juice with water. I scroll to a nice tune on my computer, turn the volume up loud, and get to work.

Today exercises with a ball. A kind of exercise ball, but without a handle. I suddenly realize that exercise balls might not be so bad for you. How it looks is another story. Sorry, back to the ball. You can already buy this ball for just over ten euros online, and believe me, you will have a lot of fun with it.

Exercise 1

Lie on your back on the ball with your legs almost at 90 degrees (just look at the photo). Cross your hands on your chest and tighten your stomach. Up and down.

Exercise 2

Now lie on the ground with your calves on the ball. Arms behind your neck and tighten your stomach. You probably know this way of doing abs. But now with a ball, of course.

Exercise 3

Stay in the same position. Now throw your butt high in the air. And then back down to the ground. Legs, butt, stomach, you engage everything.

Exercise 4

Now take the ball between your feet. It's a bit of balancing. Bring it high in the air and then back down. Make sure to tighten your stomach well here. It looks easy, but I find this quite heavy. Those abs are going to burn!

Do three sets of thirty for each exercise.
