MAY’S CHRISTMAS ESSENTIALS

I really hope you managed to set up Christmas the way you hoped as you hoped. I have been hitting the brakes hard these last few days when I passed by my favorite cheese, wine, or delicatessen shop. There’s now a little shelf with tête de moin, blue cheese with port-soaked cranberries, brie de meaux ready, and that flex Chateauneuf-du-Pape has been smiling at me for three days.
