OMG I want this house

You probably haven't missed it, I have quite an obsession with houses. “Stones” would say flashy realtors, or “properties.” Funda is my hobby and I can spend hours happily scrolling to set the minimum at 2 million euros and then scroll through page after page. But sometimes I am also a bit less greedy by nature and come across something that isn't so hysterically expensive, and sometimes that turns out to be just as special. Like this house, on the Amsterdam Amstel, which is for a quite realistic €375,000,- for sale. Okay okay okay I admit, almost 4 hundred thousand for a church with one bedroom and a highly impractical layout is not exactly very common, but still, you do sleep in a church (although I hope that with my black soul I don't catch fire immediately) on the Amstel. How cool is that!
