This morning I put on my bikini for fun. Let's see what I can expect when I lie on a beach in South France in 3 weeks. Oops, that means from now on a trillion abdominal exercises per day, a trillion squats, and two hours of jogging daily. I'm just kidding, of course. Today a smoothie that will give you a flat tummy. Of course, you also have to do those trillion sit-ups. Duh.
What do you need and how do you make it:
- A frozen banana
- A generous handful of coconut flakes
- Pinch of cinnamon
- A few large splashes of coconut water
Place a banana (without the peel!) in the freezer overnight. Put all the ingredients in the blender and shake it all together. This shake is super healthy, low fat, and energy-rich. Look, that's exactly what we need.
