Céline Trio Bag

For a long time, very long, the Céline Trio bag has been on my mind. And since it has been there, it won't leave. So I was on the waiting list at Bijenkorf for this gem, and thought it would take months. At least, that's how it seems to me, that you wait months on a waiting list, secretly forget about it, and then the joy is tenfold when you get the call that it has arrived. Well, I was on the list for less than a week and it was already in. Issey, our designer who happened to be at Bijenkorf, called me hysterically that Céline was there. It went pretty quickly.

I hurried through the hustle and bustle to the store, where Issey and Céline were waiting for me. Issey took Céline junior in hand and I took Céline herself. Since I was in quite a bit of a hurry, I had to go through the car wash, the purchase itself went very quickly. Oh yes, in the meantime, a little incident happened. I dropped Céline from my hands within a minute, causing a tiny little dent in the leather. Bijenkorf, I strongly advise you to make the shelves in your display cases with rounded corners, then this would never have happened. Or it would have, but it wouldn't have been so bad. I had convinced myself that no one would see the dent in the otherwise sparkling leather, or if someone did see it, it would make the bag even more unique. Well, you wouldn't just set a child with a wine stain aside.

Oh yes, in the meantime, a little incident happened. I dropped Céline from my hands within a minute, causing a tiny little dent in the leather.

The checkout was not very spectacular (well, I should have gone to Paris). Céline was put in a dustbag and then in a (regular Bijenkorf) bag, after which I hurried to my appointment with Tom Sebastian. Everyone admired, petted, and kissed my new purchase for ten minutes, which made me feel pretty good. Or actually not, because I wanted to enjoy her myself first. I eventually did that at home. I extensively told my boyfriend about the purchase process, who surprisingly took a long time for it, and who saw me incredibly happy, so he didn't ask any questions about the price tag. No, he knew very well that this Céline has a value and not a price. What he did start talking about was the dent in the leather. OOPS. I was actually really bummed about that, but I didn't show it. When I went to get a drink and came back, my Céline was proudly displayed on the table, without a dent. How he fixed that? No idea, but you understand that I am now the happiest person. With both.
