Imagine, you just got off a plane, train or car and need to show up at a party or gathering in no time. The only wrinkles bigger than those in your cheeks are the wrinkles in your silk blouse that you have to put on, and your hair is more static than ever and is practically standing upright. Not party proof at all. But, follow these tips and you'll be fresh and fruity in no time with a glass of bubbles in your hand among the people.
Clothing
Make sure you don't come in with gigantic suitcases but have a small bag ready that contains everything. Replace your big travel sweater with a nice silk top, because you can roll it up nice and small. You'll definitely pull it out of your bag with a thousand wrinkles, but no panic, you can steam them out in 5 minutes. Stand in the shower, turn the water to 1000 degrees and hold the top by the shoulders and wave it in the steam (not in the water duh) and after a few minutes, the piece will be completely wrinkle-free.
Hair
If I have a phase or moment of bad hair, I put on a very tight ponytail, twist it into a bun and work everything with a lot of hairspray. It looks neat and done, I always get compliments about it and that's while it's nothing more than a sign of weakness. Shoes
