GOEDE MORGEN SMOOTHIES

Back from being away, the shake from Jet. I saw so incredibly many smoothies and juices online that I thought we were all a bit sweet with that, but lately I often got the question “What is a really delicious smoothie for in the morning to start your day with a bang?”. I'm not the worst, so I dove into the kitchen and made three good wake-up call smoothies. Let me know what you think of them?

I'll save you some washing up with the juicer, you make these smoothies with a blender.

My all-time favorite coconut-banana smoothie

1 Banana

Generous handful of coconut flakes

Pinch of Cinnamon

Two good splashes of coconut water

So easy, so delicious. A kind of candy. Even better if you make it with a frozen banana (don’t put the peel in the freezer, you know that).

Everything in the blender, mix for a bit and done.

Tip! For even more body, you can also use almond milk instead of coconut water

Groene Coco

Splash of Coconut Milk

Handful of spinach

A few pieces of mango

Half a banana

Tablespoon of flaxseed

Put everything together and mix it up. Thin it out a bit with (coconut) water if you like.

 

Pineapple deluxe

Good splash of coconut milk

Large handful of kale

6 pieces of pineapple

half a banana

Mix everything together and ta-da!

Tip! Let the blender run for a long time so that the kale is completely smooth.
