A CUSTOM-MADE ILLUSTRATION BY JOSSELIN AND WORKSHOPS AT ESTÉE LAUDER

–5 reasons to be at the Beurs van Berlage on Sunday–

Next Sunday, October 11, you must be at the Beurs van Berlage. Not only because it is a beautiful location, but also because a very nice indoor festival will take place there on Sunday and because I will be present. It's called House of Beauty. It will be an incredibly cool day where the proceeds from everything done there will go to Pink Ribbon.

1. Receive a personal illustration

Tadaaaaa, the best part of the evening. I will be there too. I'll be there from around five o'clock and then you can speed date with me for five minutes. We can chat about beauty or anything else, and you give me your favorite quote, which I will write down for you on the most beautiful paper.

2. Beauty and brains

The most beautiful beauty brands on earth come together and offer make-up tutorials, heavenly spa treatments, hand massages, and beauty workshops. More than 1400 beauty treatments are offered, so you definitely have something to do. Think of the makeup artists from Bobbi Brown and Smashbox, the fragrance experts from Jo Malone, Michael Kors, and Tom Ford beauty professionals from Estée Lauder, La Mer, Clinique, and Aveda. You can completely immerse yourself in the most beautiful brands.

3. Bloggers and celebrities

Together with four other beauty bloggers, I am an ambassador for Pink Ribbon. Of course, Quinty will be present, but you can also ask your most pressing beauty questions to Cynthia Schultz (Miss Lipgloss) and Debbie Zwiers (Beautyscene). Or let the nimble ambassador Lotte Nijborg from Beautify braid your hair and me.

4. Men are welcome

Men, you don't have to leave them at home. You can just bring them along to the men's grooming bar where they will be neatly cut and shaved.

5. Pink Ribbon

Entry is free, so you can just walk in. Although I do warn you about all the beauty and fun, because that wallet cannot and must not stay closed. Besides being pampered, all that money goes to the Pink Ribbon foundation. All to make women more aware of this incredibly nasty and sad disease and to contribute to the best and much-needed research.

I assume I've convinced you and that I'll see you on Sunday? Sounds great and I'm really looking forward to it. Sign up, share it on Facebook, and call as many people as possible to be there. If you really can't make it on Sunday? Too bad. But you can donate something in my collection box. The money will go to a good cause, I thank you a thousand times already, and this way you've still contributed to the beautiful day of October 11.
