Catawiki Fashion auction

Now that everyone is chewing on alcohol-free and vegan food (seriously, everyone I meet seems to be eating or drinking less) as January goes on, it's time for a new addiction. A very healthy one, I would say.

I have come across something particularly fun and if you promise not to tell anyone else, I'll share it with you. Catawiki.nl, remember that name. It might sound like a Wikipedia profile of catamaran ships but hohoho, nothing is what it seems and this certainly isn't. Behind the name Catawiki lies paradise. Will you fly with me?

Just the dry information. Catawiki is an auction site with over 80 auctions in more than 45 categories. Well, we might let the archaeology and finds auction rest for another time but the fashion auction… Guys. This is going to be our weekly outing.

 How does it work?

Every Friday a fresh auction starts with new goods. This week, what can I say, a Hermès bag (a Hermès, a HERMES), a down jacket from Christian Dior (and since they were at it, also a stole from Dior), a CHANEL bag and another one from Gucci. Furthermore, a Louis Vuitton bag and heels from Miu Miu and Louboutin. I mean. Who's going to stop me?

There are also six jewelry auctions every week with exclusive jewelry and antique jewelry, which I am particularly charmed by. The fashion auction starts today at 12:00 PM. Then you have until Thursday 8:00 PM to bid and drool over all that beauty.

It's really more fun than Candy Crush and the Kim Kardashian game.

 What am I going to bid on? That Dior jacket is my must-want-and-will-have item.
