Dariel, you have quite a serious and demanding job and you have to look polished every day as a business woman. What's the secret?

“The job does indeed have its challenges, but it can also be really fun. I love traveling all over the world and meeting the most fantastic people. I get really excited that our products truly make a difference. Our HQ is located in a small beach town in Southern California, so the style is very casual and comfortable. And when you feel relaxed, confident, and good, that's really the secret. How would you describe your philosophy on makeup and skincare?

“I am a minimalist. For most things in life, less is more. I really love makeup, but I enjoy wearing it more on special occasions.
