Coachella Nails

Last year, I wandered around bewildered at the South African Burning Man. Never thought I could go four days without a shower and that I would only minimally be bothered by sand and dust on and in the most surprising body parts (I prefer not to elaborate). Let alone that I would worry about my previously styled nails. Coachella however, is another story. Flourishing, shining, and looking perfectly polished is what it's all about. So you understand; the right nail color is of vital importance there. Following the current trends, we go for white and nudecolors, such as Imaan Hammam she showed on her Instagram. Easy and maybe a bit less exciting. So if you want to take it a step further, you can dip each nail in a different color from the nude palette. It only becomes sensational when you decorate your hands with large gemstone rings, pinky rings, and a whole lot of bracelets. Preferably with a chain attached to one of the rings. No, bohemian never goes out of festival fashion. But rebellious me loves a bit of quirkiness here and there. Although this year I can only dream of dancing and taking chances at Coachella (I'm just sitting here typing away in Amsterdam-Zuid), my hands are secretly fully prepared for it. My lilac nails with a glitter edge would do so well there in California. This, by the way, combined with some more understated clothing like a cropped pair of jeans and your husband's oversized linen shirt. It’s all about balance, guys!
