Our blog friend Leandra Medine a.k.a The Man Repeller alerted us to the release of a super interesting new book titled I’ll Have What She’s Having. In it, Rebecca Harrington extensively and reportedly hilariously reports on her experiments and experiences with celebrity diets. The New York journalist tried everything at home: from Sophia Loren's pasta diet to Dolly Parton's cabbage soup, but also ventured into the eccentric eating habits of Victoria Beckham, Karl Lagerfeld, and Elizabeth Taylor. All meant to stay as thin and pretty as possible .

It doesn't surprise us that Beyoncé came out as the biggest loser – in terms of kilos, that is. The author first tried the Master Cleanse, with which Bey lost weight for her role in Dream Girls and then the Herculean diet she followed to shed the pregnancy pounds after the birth of Blue Ivy. In 10 days, Rebecca lost almost 5 kilos.
