Yes, a new column in which I interview people I find nice and inspiring about food. Well, actually I go out to dinner with them to eat out and ask them questions about how theybehave in a restaurant, who they prefer to sit at the table with and whether they can make sense of the wine list. Today I am at the table with Jetteke.

There are a few. First of all, La Colombe d’Or in Saint-Paul-de-Vence, France. Yamazato in Amsterdam feels like coming home to me; we are always very well pampered there and know the staff very well. And there is a small beach restaurant that prepares fresh fish and seafood in its Creole style on a wonderful subtropical beach in the Seychelles…

Then there is chef Hans van Wolde who came to cook for us at my sister's house, that was bizarrely good. You know, everything comes together when you have the right people around you, products of beautiful quality that are prepared with love and preferably with a nice view…

The table would be: Christy Turlington, Julia Roberts, Gwyneth Paltrow, Jane Goodall, Lauren Hutton, the Olsen twins, Phoebe Philo, Inez van Lamsweerde, Oprah and I would ask Adele to sing a few beautiful ballads between courses.

My favorites are langoustines, oysters, and fish in salt. Sometimes I find it hard to choose and I love to share with my sister or husband, because then I can taste more delicious things.

Yes, I have my classic preferences, but I must say that new countries and suggestions from the sommelier are always welcome too.

I love appetizers, but I almost never skip dessert. I am quite a foodie, I eat all courses.

I am busy with shoots for Vogue NL, campaign shootings for different houses and TV (I dress a number of personalities). In short, I am not sitting still.
