While Jet gets very happy from a sip of coconut, I prefer to stick with almond milk in my smoothie or just a baking session in olive oil. Everyone has their own thing. But the smell, the smell of coconut, that makes me very happy. With coconut oil, you apply everything much smoother and because of the beautiful layer it lays on the skin, you also appear to be a bit tighter in your skin. Furthermore, coconut oil kills bacteria, and that is quite relaxing if it is included in your deodorant. No unpleasant odors. Here are a few advantages of coconut in the world of beauty.
Deep worker
Coconut hydrates enormously and therefore penetrates well and especially deeply into the skin. So if you suffer from an extremely dry skin, coconut works immediately. Preferably use pure coconut fats, as they are the most effective. And cheap. Best of both worlds.
Acne
Officially it is not proven, but it seems that coconut oil also helps against acne. It contains lauric acid, which fights the bacteria that cause acne. So it can’t hurt to apply a bit of coconut on your face.
Shaving foam
Coconut oil hydrates like crazy. Use a drop before shaving and you can be sure that you have the smoothest and softest legs this summer.
Remover and primer
Coconut oil sounds very cool, but it works best in combination with makeup. ’In the evening, a drop on your cotton pade and you can easily remove your makeup. In the morning, a drop on a clean skin and your makeup stays put like the best.
No more bad hair days
Trouble with frizzy hair? Not after a bit of coconut oil in your hair. Don’t use too much, because then it becomes greasy, but a bit of coconut ensures extremely smooth and flowing hair.
