If I wanted to have lunch at Nacional on a Tuesday? I wouldn't say no to that. This place by Casper Reinders opened half a year ago and all of Amsterdam has already eaten there. Except for me, so that worked out well. I was sitting at a long table with the PR lady from Louis Vuitton, namely Annemieke Hart, and with Bastiaan van Schaik, Morris Nieuwenhuis, Josephine Kay (digital editor Glamour), Janine Kho-Breukhoven from Prêt à Pregnant (with a two-week-old daughter) and the guys from the new platform Butlerboard and I'm going to tell you something about that, because it's quite an invention.

You can either save up for your designer bag quickly this way or maybe you could use some help organizing your overflowing wardrobe for not too much money. Butlerboard is an online platform where you can offer (professional) jobs or find a nice handyman. So from cleaner and courier to web designer, carpenter, and dog sitter. But for small jobs, you can also go here, for example, to help carry groceries.

AN EXAMPLE

Suppose you are a math student and you want to earn some extra money, then you can sign up as a homework helper. Or who knows, maybe you study at the conservatory and want to give violin or singing lessons on the side. I'm just mentioning something, but the point is that you can earn money quickly to offer your skills. But also if you just finished your thesis, but it actually needs to be submitted in English, then you can make use of a translator at Butlerboard. You agree on the price among yourselves and that's it.

ALMOST TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE

Soon it might even become a dating site. Not for me though, I already have the nicest handyman.
