Real Estate Rasker does New York

Well, we have shouted it loud enough, we are going to New York. The observant viewer and reader will remember from previous times that we prefer to stay in an apartment and thus move the Amayzine HQ entirely from Amsterdam to NYC. The apartment has been booked and usually, I like to get involved in booking such things, but this time I was in Rio, so once back in Amsterdam, everything was signed sealed delivered. But that doesn't mean Real Estate Rasker that one just accepts it, so I took the opportunity to look for the most beautiful NYC apartments for you. Completely unaffordable, just as you are used to from us. Here we go.

1. West 12th Street

In the endlessly hip West Village, we find this apartment. Three bedrooms, four bathrooms, and it can accommodate up to seven people. Ideal to book in warmer periods because with a balcony, rooftop terrace (with hot tub mind you) and garden, there is plenty of space for a glass of wine on a sultry summer evening.

€2287,- per night

2. Cleveland Place

This apartment is located in the middle of Soho and is therefore a great idea to book. Furthermore, you have three bathrooms, three bedrooms, and it can accommodate six people. After a long day of shopping, you have a gigantic green sofa where you can put your feet up and display all your new stuff. And for the guys, a pool table, seems pretty ideal to me. Oh, and a cinema. Just saying.

€1487,- per night

3. Empire View

Here too, you can accommodate six people, divided over three bedrooms and three bathrooms. If you book this place, you might never see the city because the view you have here is unbelievable. You will want to copy the interior directly into your own home and also here, a balcony for even more view delight.

€1482,- per night

4. Flatiron Loft

In the Flatiron district, we have this nice place with four bedrooms, three bathrooms, good for you and six friends. This apartment is a bit of the realization of the Instagram account of our Josselin, because it is purely white that shines here. Well, a little color detail here and there, but further white white white white. Ideal for some serene peace after a day of walking through hysterically busy New York.

€1178,- per night

5. Prince Street
Again a beautiful property in Soho. With two bedrooms and two bathrooms, it is set up a bit more intimate than the previous apartment. The interior is clean, minimalist, and above all very beautiful. Serene bedrooms for a good night's sleep and spacious bathrooms for long shower sessions.

€859,- per night

6. Broome Street
Broome Street is one of the nicest streets in Soho, which is one of the nicest neighborhoods in New York. Large, white, warm yet sleekly furnished – this apartment is a dream. With the highlight being the gigantic rooftop terrace with a large table and sun loungers. Perfect for summer.

€704,- per night

7. West 4th Street
Three bedrooms, two bathrooms, space for eight people, and right in the West Village. Perfect for those who love to organize dinners (I mention a Jet) because in the kitchen there is a long table that is the perfect stage for your home-cooked meal. The rest of the house is minimally furnished, with marble fireplaces and teak beds. And, perhaps the most beautiful part, a rooftop garden with an outdoor kitchen.
