Goodmorning groene sap

Last week, the most fun package ever was delivered. A box whereof only I was dancing here at the editorial office on my desk. This is about a slow juicer. From Philips. Man oh man, I can't live without this thing already, I wonder why it’s not on my own kitchen counter yet, but here at the office is also fine and from now on I am ithe the juice chef of Amayzine. I often work with a blender, that's fine, but it always makes a bit of noise. Not anymore: with this new friend I can make the tastiest juices silently.

I was as happy as a child to immediately assemble the device, rushed to the store for vegetables and fruits and made, for example, this green monster. Don't be afraid; the pear makes it really sweet. Start your morning with this and you already have a good doseiof vegetables in and thus also energy.

What do you need and how do you make it (juice for two large glasses):

eand slow juicer so

1 pear

a handful of spinach

lemon

cucumber

small piece of ginger

Wash and cut all vegetables and fruit. You don't need to peel the cucumber and the pear, but you do need to peel the ginger and lemon. At least, that's what I did.

Press everything through your slow juicer and you're done. If you want it even more specialt 4. The shots for people looking forward to the weekend, then you put the the juice in a blender with ice cubes and mix your everything together. It's a bit of work éand you have quite a bit of washing up, but so delicious.
