Hoe je je haar doet
With a finale of Holland's Next Top Model around the corner and a party to celebrate our two-year birthday party we are really stressed about outfits and hairdos. But really, what you can be busy with. It’s nice to look good in photos and to come out looking your best in the scrapbook later. So especially for these parties, okay, and all the other fun things coming up, a hair-do that is red carpet-proof is.
Did it all go a bit too fast? Here’s the detailed version so you know exactly how to do it all yourself. Or rather, how you should do it. Step into all the parties with confidence and looking very good.
Step 1
Prepping
Brush your hair through and distribute mousse over your dry hair. Then dry your hair with a hairdryer in the direction that suits you best.
STEP 2
create a parting
Use a fine-tooth comb for the most perfect parting. This way you can create a straight parting, which looks very nice for a red carpet look. The best is to use the highest point of your eyebrow as a guideline.
STAP 3
secure
Brush the side with the least hair tightly back. Spray some hairspray in between. Pin those strands back as far as possible and secure them with bobby pins.
STAP 4
curls
Now start curling. First, curl your hair at the top. Take a section (that’s a strand of hair) and curl it from the roots to the tips. Secure each curl with a curl clip. Repeat this until all your hair is curled.
STEP 5
finishing touch
Once everything is curled, spray some hairspray over everything. Make sure all the strands are well cooled before you take out the curl clips. Then gently brush your hair through. It becomes really sexy and glamorous if you let the curls hang a bit and don’t keep them perfectly in place. Finally, spray a good amount of shine spray, because on a red carpet, you should shine. Enjoy!
