Today is my very last day at Amayzine and that is quite sad. Therefore, a cheerful outfit, because hey, I have had a wonderful time! So for the last time: this is what my ideal goodbye look looks like.

No, at work you shouldn't walk around like a made-up transvestite, not even when you're leaving. You can definitely put on a bit more makeup, but do it subtly. I use the smokey eye palette from L’Oréal. I apply the light color to the inner corners of my eyes. I use the darker colors for the outer corners. I make sure that only my eyelids get some color. I leave my brows alone.
I have long hesitated whether wearing red lipstick to work is wise. In principle, I say no. Red lips have certain associations and if you want something, it is to be taken seriously at your job. Still, for my farewell day, I go for a red lip. But I only apply it towards the end of the day, when we go for drinks. I find the new Armani Maestro-lipstick so nice. It stays on well and your lips feel soft.
I put my hair in a simple ponytail because my face is already quite smeared. Then I often find an earring a nice detail. Like this cool thing with pearls from H&M.

I often find it not neat to wear very short dresses when you're at the office. For today, I pull out one of my favorite dresses: a beautiful M Missoni, which reaches just above the ankles. When I bought the dress, I knew it was very business-proof, but it can also be easily worn to a party. So today it's a bit of both. Because the dress is quite busy, I choose a simple heel. And since the money is a bit tight after such a huge expense, I found some very pretty shoes from H&M, my very best friend. The heel is also not too high, because as mentioned, we are going for drinks tonight. I need to be able to stand up (not that it works after three wines, but at least it's not the shoes' fault).. I thought a cute look, but that doesn't make saying goodbye any more fun.
