It is autumn break (at least, here in the far north) and I have actually booked myself out. We actually wanted to go away, but either the tickets were too expensive, the flights too long, the weather too bad, and the water too cold. So we stay at home. All together.

That means outfit-wise it has to be comfortable, warm, and rainproof. So today I start with this look that allows me to easily wander through forests, swing kids around, and still look a bit okay.

The leather pants are from Arma and really, once you put them on, you never want to take them off. They can even go in the washing machine, how nice. On top, a very simple but beautiful T-shirt from Irie Wash that I bought at Pauw (now you might think Pauw is a bit posh, but go take a look, you'll be amazed by all the beautiful brands). The black coat with a fake fur collar was a gift from Olcay Gulsen who sent me a fresh SuperTrash coat and I think it’s gorgeous.

Now about those ankle boots. Try finding rain boots that are also a bit nice. I found them at my friends of Omoda where I bought them in a click. They are from Tommy Hilfiger. Something tells me I will wear them a few more times this week. Hooray hooray autumn.
