My most used apps on my iPhone
Recently, I've been living with an iPhone 6S and I can tell you: it's a godsend. The screen is incredibly beautiful, the photos are razor-sharp, 3D Touch is just as fun as I had thought and all my apps look prettier and better. I've always loved posts or videos where people share their favorite apps, because you never know what kind of inspiration you might get from them. So here we go.
They all speak for themselves and need no extra explanation.
Google Chrome
I am an Apple devotee to the core, but I still find Google Chrome nicer to browse the internet with than Safari. Especially because I also use Chrome on my MacBook and the two synchronize so nicely, and I have my pages and folders everywhere.
Afterlight & Facetune
I use those apps to edit photos. Afterlight for color, Facetune to apply effects and to erase a pimple where necessary.
Timehop
Is in my top 3 of favorite apps. This app shows you every day what you posted on social media exactly on that day in previous years. A daily digital trip down memory lane.
Followers +
Yep, I'm guilty too. May came out a while ago and so do I. With this app, you can see who has unfollowed you on Instagram. It's very childish to want to know that, but I can't live without it anymore.
Moneybird
The idea is that I will become neater and more careful with my administration and this app will help me with that. You can easily keep track of expenses and income, and you photograph receipts so you never lose them again.
Evernote
This is where I make my notes. Especially during press trips, but also when I suddenly think of an idea for an article, it goes into Evernote, which runs on both your MacBook and iPhone.
MailOnline
My big guilty pleasure: the Daily Mail. And especially the ‘news’ about celebrities, of course.
IMDb
Every movie or series title I hear automatically goes into IMDb first. The rating that title gets is completely decisive for whether I go see it or not.
Airbnb & Funda
To satisfy my hunger for house porn these apps are indispensable. Especially Funda, I set it to a minimum of two million and then indulge in all the beauty and splendor that comes by.
Momondo
My favorite app for searching and booking flights. Or just to look at what tickets cost, that's a quiet hobby of mine.
Spotify
And of course Spotify, for all my amazing concerts while cycling. Don't forget to sync everything offline, then you can also listen to music abroad (or on a plane) without ridiculous bills.
