This summer, Mallorca, Mallorca, Mallorca buzzed around me. Everyone seemed to forget Ibiza and flew en masse to this Balearic island. Liesbeth and I recently sampled it, but we mostly stayed at sea (not unpleasant, just look here at how that was) so Mallorca calls for an encore.
