subscriptions for your home

I am then quite sporty, but I can also be incredibly lazy in certain things. The decking in my garden desperately needed scrubbing, but I had a guy come over for that. If I'm in a good mood, I take my sheets to “Wasserij Sneewwit”, a laundry where real Amsterdam women work who return my bedding spotlessly clean and freshly pressed. My bi-weekly expense for the very best cleaner there is is totally worth it. You could call it a bit spoiled, and the fact that I'm always broke at the end of the month doesn't really bother me (not yet). Whether I should actually be a bit worried about that is another story. And to make it all a tad worse (my bank balance and image, right) I've come across a few incredibly nice subscriptions that I long for. I'm sharing them with you. For the rest, I've remained quite normal.

Flowers

Every week, every two weeks, or monthly. Whatever you want. A bunch of fresh flowers (with vase!) delivered right to your door. Bloomon is my favorite. They make the most beautiful wildflower bouquets. If you're lucky, they last two weeks (so you don't have to order a new bunch every week, which saves you some money). Liesbeth and I have already given in, but man, it makes your home so much cozier. For 15 euros, you already have a beautiful bouquet.

Voeding

Especially for the busy person, this is ideal. You're done working late and often still have to do grocery shopping. What do you need then? A crate with the most delicious things to cook a healthy meal in the evening. The Crate sells that. In such a crate, there are delicious organic items, vegetables, and fruits that are at their best at that moment. Often everything comes with a little recipe. Also handy if you have no cooking inspiration at the moment. Then you also have I saw on Instagram that my colleague healthy girls Daisy from I love Health and Jenny from Healthyfans had ordered a meal from DoorMeal. Everything went through customs without a hitch. They brought rice with shrimp and vegetables. Sounds great to me.. A day in advance, you choose on the site what you feel like. On the day itself, your meal is prepared, and you indicate at what time you want the meal delivered. It is indeed a bit like ordering pizza, but here you get all super-duper healthy meals.

Newspaper

If I take a subscription to a newspaper (done it twice), there is a good chance that those newspapers end up unread in the trash at the end of the week. But what I do have time and peace for is to thoroughly go through the weekend newspapers at my parents' on Saturday. I actually find those much more fun than the weekday ones. With lots of cozy supplements and such. So a weekend subscription to the NRC? I'm going to do it. My parents are proud of me again.
