She is building her online health empire, getting married, and seems to be getting prettier and more radiant by the minute.

We want to know her secret and whether there will be any drinks in the glass this weekend, please.

That's why rapapa and roepoehoe; the work of Vivian Reijs.

Not long ago, you had big news. Your boyfriend proposed to you in a very romantic setting. How was that moment?

Yes, that was really one of the most special moments I've ever experienced. We were on a winter sports trip, and he made a heart in the snow and stood there in a suit with ski boots on. And then Dirk went down on one knee. Are you already busy planning and organizing the wedding?ën

Well, on one hand yes, but we are also taking our time. We are still looking for a date.

Do you have any idea what your dress will look like and who the designer will be?.

The dress

I am going completely crazy looking for it. I recently asked Jetteke van Lexmond if she has any tips regarding designers. I still have no idea myself, so that's still exciting. What else are you busy with these days?.

I have my own health platform, and that is really a full-time job. I also have my own product line, namely with chocolate. Soon a new line will come out, which is raw chocolate made with palm sugar. In addition, I am now also following a course in orthomolecular nutrition. I am quite busy with all of that.

, and now about your weekend: how do you kick off that Friday? On a terrace?.

Oké, Often it's at home in the garden when the weather is nice. Or with family or friends. I always want to do something fun. Today (Friday) it will be in the garden with friends. Already looking forward to it.

I have plans to go shopping with my daughter on Saturday. A round at Zara and then enjoy sushi together. In the morning, I will take a Bikram Yoga class, and I don't have anything else planned. I'm not really into planning. Sunday will be nice in Amsterdam with Dirk. We will probably brunch at my favorite spot, Lavinia.

What does the rest of your weekend look like?

Does a nutrition coach like you pay as much attention to her diet on the weekend as during the week?.

I have a natural way of eating. Little sugar and gluten. But sometimes if I really crave something, I take it too. So on the weekend, I do enjoy a glass of wine. And something I always look forward to is a piece of cake. A moorkop for example, I am really a fan of that. But I do try to stick to the 80/20 rule as much as possible. 80% healthy and 20% enjoying.

Are you doing a lot of sports on the weekend? And what do you enjoy doing the most?.

Our weekends are quite busy. My boyfriend has children too, so finding a lot of time for ourselves can be difficult. I'm happy if I can manage a Bikram class.

Yes, definitely. I am really a Saturday person. I love to do things and be active. Cycling around Amsterdam with Dirk is great. Sunday is always a bit of a lazier day.

Does Saturday look different than Sunday?

What does your ideal weekend look like if you don't have to worry about money and time?.

Then I would probably take a flight to London. I really love that city. I'm a fan of Notting Hill, and I would go there to have lunch and shop and just stroll around. After a day in London, I would fly back to Amsterdam and enjoy a day at the spa in the Conservatorium Hotel.

What time does your alarm go off again on Monday?.

Half past 6. Very early, indeed. Then my daughter has to go to school, the dog needs to be walked, and after that, I drive to the office.
