What you should and shouldn't eat for beautiful skin
If I were to eat at the Chinese restaurant around the corner for a few days in a row, I can already welcome the pimples on my chin and nose (there they are, never anywhere else). The same goes for Zwitsal. If I apply that lovely scent on my head or anywhere else, I wake up the next day with very strange red things and so on. By the way, I’m really bummed about that because if there’s anything that smells nice, it’s Zwitsal baby cream. Babies in general, by the way. I want babies. Sorry, back to my skin. Now I have tried a thousand creams in my life because the keum (in the east that means head) is a bit of a problem for me. Jetske Ultee was a lifesaver and now I use her products every morning and evening. It’s a whole step-by-step plan, so you have to make some time for it, but I’ve heard that I’ll end up with a peachy skin.
Besides the fact that you have to clean your face very thoroughly and use the right cream for your skin, you can also help things along a bit with enough sleep (that really helps) and good nutrition.
Do's
- Eat plenty of berries (blueberries, cranberries, goji berries, raspberries, blackberries, and brambles)
- Try starting the day a bit more often with a green smoothie.
- Pomegranate seems to be a miracle cure.
- Carrots. They contain antioxidants and beta-carotene, which also protects you very well against UV radiation.
- Avocado, which contains a lot of vitamin E and makes your skin very cheerful.
Don'ts
- Alcohol. Known to everyone, I think.
- Fried food. So if you end up drunk in a snack bar after a night out, you know where it comes from.
- Coffee. At least drink it in moderation.
- Sugar, try not to eat too many unrefined sugars, like donuts and waffles and so on.
